Refund Policy – European Style

At European Style, we strive to provide the best service and shopping experience for our customers. If you encounter an issue with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund process that is typically completed within 24-48 hours upon approval.

Please review the following policy for returns and refunds.


What You Need to Provide

To process a refund request, please provide the following:

  • Photos/videos of the damaged item as proof of the issue.
  • Screenshots of any dispute, including the name, date, and complaint details (e.g., PayPal dispute, email, chat window, etc.).
  • (If requested) The tracking number of the returned item, if a return is required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support at support@europeanstylesalon.store.
  2. Submit photos/videos of the issue and screenshots of any dispute.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) unless you choose to receive store credit for faster processing.

Cases Eligible for a Refund

1. Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, you may request a full refund or a replacement.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product, the wrong size or color, or if an item is missing from your order, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- No need to return the incorrect item—we will send you the correct one.

3. Out-of-Stock Products

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified, and we will issue a full refund or provide an alternative solution.

4. Products That Cannot Be Shipped

If we are unable to ship an item due to shipping restrictions, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delayed Orders

We offer refunds for orders that experience significant delays, counted from the date the package leaves our warehouse:

  • More than 30 days: Orders shipped to the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.
  • More than 60 days: Orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa.

🚫 Orders delayed due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.

6. Canceled Orders

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships.
  • Exceptions: Personalized and custom-made orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of payment.

7. Missing Packages

If your package is lost during delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

8. Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.


Cases Not Eligible for Refunds

1. Delivered Orders
If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund or resend it.

2. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and gets destroyed by the carrier, we are unable to offer a refund.

3. Tracking Information Alerts
Refunds will not be provided if an alert is triggered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused package
  • Customs clearance issues

4. Buyer’s Personal Preferences
We cannot issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • "I don’t like the product."
  • "The product has an unusual smell."

Return Policy

We generally do not encourage returns due to high shipping costs and extended delivery times. However, if you insist on returning a product, please note:

  •  The return must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The buyer must cover return shipping costs.
