ePacket

ePacket delivery is available for the following countries:

Netherlands Post & Singapore Post

Supports worldwide shipping to most countries.

UK Express

All packages shipped to the United Kingdom will be sent via UK Express by default (instead of ePacket).

US Express

  • Available only for the United States (excluding military bases).
  • Carrier: USPS
  • A faster shipping option at checkout.

CA Express

  • Available only for Canada.
  • Carrier: Canada Post
  • Estimated delivery: 10-20 days.

AU Express

  • Available only for Australia.
  • Carrier: Australia Post
  • Estimated delivery: 7-12 days.

Shipping Guarantee

We provide a shipping guarantee to ensure your order arrives within a reasonable timeframe. If we fail to meet the delivery deadline, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility for Late Deliveries

  • Standard shipping delay: More than 30 days (counted from when the package leaves our warehouse).
  • Peak season delays: More than 40 days during high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., global events, natural disasters) may impact delivery times. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Refund Policy Based on Shipping Region

Refunds for orders delayed more than 30 days:

  • USA, Europe, Canada, New Zealand

Refunds for orders delayed more than 60 days:

  • South America, Middle East, India, Africa

Non-Refundable Delays

🚫 Orders delayed due to the following reasons do not qualify for a refund:

  • Insufficient address provided by the customer.
  • Unclaimed packages or failed delivery attempts.
  • Inability to contact the customer regarding delivery.
